skillful CLIENT management
We ensure that a person receiving services is assigned a case manager. We maintain that every person is unique. Case managers make sure to provide the support needed and required for each person to succeed in a case-by-case situation. The responsibilities of case managers include assisting with advocating for the rights of the individual, counseling, the acquisition and maintenance of benefits, and money management, as well as training and communicating with direct support professionals to ensure the person is receiving the best services.
Direct Support Professionals that care
Our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) provide services to individuals based on their specific goals and needs. We provide support within a person’s own home or apartment. Some of the assistance our staff provides includes, but is not limited to, assisting with personal care, medical maintenance, cooking meals, home care responsibilities, and other needs of individuals on a case-by-case basis.
supportive Residential Habilitation
Our ResHab program is designed to support individuals with the acquisition, retention, and/or improvement of skills for better living in the community. ResHab provides supports to make sure individuals live at the highest level of independence by providing money management, shopping self-care, medical support assistance, and home care. Services are provided from 6 hours to 24 hours per day.

Our disability support services include many different services that people can choose from. Our programs are driven to ensure support for people with physical, cognitive, and emotional disabilities. These programs are geared to help support individuals with disabilities to live happily, enrichingly, and independently to the best of their ability. The programs are set up to occur periodically and/or up to 24 hours daily.

The Adult Service Program has many different services that people can choose from. Our programs are driven to ensure support for people with physical, cognitive, and emotional disabilities. These programs are geared to help support individuals with disabilities to live happily, enrichingly, and independently to the best of their ability. The programs are set up to occur periodically and/or up to 24 hours daily. Remember, disability is not inability – we call that “Dif-ability” (the ability to do things differently).
